Dr R Jeya Nathan

Managing Director / Principal Engineer


A Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 40 years of experience across Australia, the United Kingdom and Malaysia in a range of industries including oil and gas, alumina refining, electric power generation and academia. Jeya is an accomplished professional with extensive knowledge and experience in offshore and onshore oil and gas facilities, in providing maintenance build for Brownfield projects and CMMS PM uploads in principal and lead roles.

Jeya’s experience includes Maintenance, Reliability and Integrity Engineering functions in principal and lead roles. His career has covered a broad spectrum of functions including design, construction, operation and maintenance of coal and gas fired power plants and reliability improvement of process plants.

Jeya has managed multi-disciplinary engineering teams for major companies in the oil and gas industry’s Brownfield and Greenfield maintenance build projects. For the last sixteen years, Jeya has been leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team on a maintenance build support assignment for a global oil and gas operator.

Additionally, Jeya has written a number of technical papers, including publications in the Mechanical Engineering Transactions and the ASME Journal.

Warren Row

Senior Electrical Engineer


A Chartered Electrical Engineer with over 35 years’ experience in engineering, construction, commissioning and maintenance of electrical, instrumentation and control systems for the oil and gas and mining industries in Australia. Warren has worked with many of the major mining and oil and gas companies in Western Australia on some of their most high-profile projects. Warren’s recent experience is in the Reliability and Maintenance of Electrical and Instrumentation and control systems equipment. This includes the development of Maintenance Work Instructions for Integrity Critical and Non-Integrity Critical equipment for a multi-billion LNG project on the North-West Shelf of Western Australia.

Previously, Warren has led electrical engineering teams in design of power generation and distribution schemes, Variable Speed Drive (VSD) systems, Uninterrupted Power Systems (UPS), fire and gas systems and Emergency Shutdown Systems ESDs). He has also assisted an electrical construction team for an iron ore port facility upgrade and provided guidance and assistance to commissioning and testing teams. As a client’s engineer for a gas pipeline company in Western Australia, Warren provided engineering support for upgrades of compressor stations that included power generation and distribution equipment, fire and gas equipment, UPS and ESD systems.
